Account Access - New Loans
Did you just recently purchase a home or refinance with PNC Mortgage? If so, you may not be able to log on to view your new loan immediately.
If you have recently closed on your loan, please read the important information below:
If you are unable to log on to your new PNC Mortgage loan, it may be because your loan has not yet been set up on our database or that you need to register your user ID and/or password.
Your new loan will be accessible online within 6-8 weeks after your closing. Once your loan is set up, you will be able to access many on line account information statistics, such as loan balance, tax and interest information, payment history, and much more. We appreciate your patience and continued business relationship with PNC Mortgage.
When remitting your monthly payment, please use the temporary coupons you received. Or, you may write your loan number on the memo portion of your check and mail your payment to:
