  • Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) - If you are a homeowner facing foreclosure, we may have options for you.
  • Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) - If you are a homeowner who is current on your mortgage payments but unable to refinance to a lower interest rate because your home value has decreased, you may now be able to refinance.
  • Other Alternatives - If you are a homeowner who is behind on your mortgage because of a financial crisis, we have a variety of assistance programs that may help you depending upon your circumstances.
